The staff is beyond friendly and the meat smoker in the parking lot, in plain sight, adds to the ambiance of freshness and quality of Wilkes. Our favorite aspect is the daily fresh food — homemade biscuits and a daily hot lunch buffet with chicken, pork chops, vegetables and all the fixings.
